It’s still easy to clean it off. Users get thick Belgian waffles and they are pretty happy with it!

Cuisinart WAF-300 Belgian Waffle Maker appears well made and at an affordable price. First time use, the waffle came out perfect. If you forgot to spray the surface with non stick cooking spray yet the waffle did not stick. Adjustable temperature allows control of degree browning. Cleaning is easy . This is a great waffle maker – heats up good – took about 4 min to make the waffles. Easy to clean and store.

Works very well. Highly rated by Consumer Reports so we got this one rather than almost-as-well-rated units for less money, and it has not disappointed. Consistent, easy to use, and, with removable grids or plates, easy to clean. The non-stick surface rarely has any visible food stuck to it in the first place but in any case easily cleaned in sink or dishwasher . Comes with grids or plates with one set that makes four waffles in a batch and another set that makes pancakes . It has indicator lights and audible alerts when,  heated up and ready to batter up, and, cooking complete.

When the waffle is done cooking the ready light comes on and beeps 5 times to let you know it’s done if you are not nearby. Volume was almost as loud as the beeps on a microwave. So far used it once and loved it!
