Beef chilli 
Ingredients:
 Beef herbs: 1kg 
Garlic Ginger paste : One tablespoon
 Crushed raw papaya: 2 tablespoons
 Lemon juice: 4 tablespoons 
Tamarind pulp: 2 tablespoons
 Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsp 
Licking spices: a teaspoon 
Chopped red pepper: a teaspoon
 Crushed pepper: a teaspoon 
Salt: to taste 
Oil: 5 tablespoons 

Mint leaves: to decorate
Recipe

In a bowl, mix the meat seasonings, garlic, ginger, papaya, a tablespoon of oil and salt and leave for at least 5 hours. Put 5 herbs on a wooden skewer. Repeat this process and prepare the rest of the meat skewers. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan, place the skewers on it, cover and cook until the meat is tender.
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, lick spices, red pepper and black pepper.
Place this mixture on top of the skewers, cook until this mixture thick, and remove to a dish.
Serve delicious beef garnished with mint leaves.

Perry Perry Sauce
Ingredients:
Kashmiri Red Pepper 6 digits
Round red pepper 12 digits
Chopped red pepper 2 tablespoons
Garlic 1 teaspoon
Pickle Opinion 1 tablespoon
Chopped coriander 1 tablespoon
Oil 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Small onion A number
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Lemon Salt 2/1 teaspoon

Recipe

Soak 6 Kashmiri red chillies and 12 red chillies in a cup of water and keep it overnight.

Now in the blender, soak the peppers, 2 tablespoons chopped red pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 tablespoon pickle rye, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander, 2/1 cup oil, 2/1 cup vinegar, 1 tbsp. Add small onion, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 2/1 teaspoon lemon salt and blend for 5 minutes.

Then put it in an airtight container and refrigerate.

 

Ingredients :

Chicken (Bone) 250g 

Eggs (Sprinkle) 1 tbsp 

Water 5 Cups 

Sugar 1 Teaspoon 

Ginger 1 Inch Slice 

Carrots (Cut Fat) 1 Tbsp 

 Chicken Powder 1 Tablespoon 

Corn Flour 3-4 Tablespoons 

Cold Water 1/2 Cup the taste

Sail to taste

Eggs (boiled) to taste

Recipe :

Put chicken, water, ginger and carrots in a saucepan and cook over medium heat. When the meat is melted, strain the chicken soup . Remove the ginger and carrots and discard . Put the sauce back on low heat. Remove the bones and add the chicken fiber. Add 5 minutes of salt, sugar, chicken powder and corn flour mixed in cold water. Keep running the spoon so that no lumps form . When the soup thickens, beat one egg . Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes and take off the stove .Remove to a serving bowl, garnish with boiled eggs and serve .

Masala Tea

Sugar 1 cup 

Honey 1 cup 

Bay leaves 2

Cloves 6 to 8 pieces 

Cinnamon 1 inch piece 

Ginger 1 inch piece 

Green cardamom 6 to 8 pieces 

Water 4 glasses 

Salt a pinch

Recipe:

Put water in a kettle and heat it. Add honey in it and stir it. When honey is dissolved in water, add sugar, bay leaves, cloves and boil it. Sift and pour into cups. Delicious Romanian spice tea is ready. Serve hot..
